    With a few of Communispace’s clients, we don’t reveal their brand/company name while searching for new members to join the community – many industries are very competitive, so some of our clients don’t want their competitors to know they’re doing research to learn more about customers and how to improve their business. If you complete the online survey and qualify, then you’ll find out the brand/company name (in most cases).

    It is a group of people who were invited to be members of a private website with the common goal of sharing opinions, ideas, support and feedback to help improve the products or services of a brand/company. Members discuss a variety of topics and do activities like surveys – it’s a chance to influence the company while making new friendships or networking connections and earning rewards.

    There are a lot of good reasons. It’s an opportunity to influence a major brand/company, inspire new products or better service, make a difference in people’s lives, learn something new, share perspectives and make connections with people like you from near and far, add some resume experience as a temporary consultant or adviser and earn rewards for participating on a regular basis.

If you do, the community facilitator from Communispace will send you an email with membership details and instructions for joining.

    Yes. Information you provide during the qualifying survey process is used only to determine community membership; it is not shared, sold or made available to anyone else. All responses on the secure, password-protected community website are confidential; information collected is only used for the company’s private research and for Communispace to email you about the community.     Do I have to buy anything, pay fees or provide a credit card?
    No. The brand/company wants to hear real, honest thoughts from real people, whether they are customers or not. The brand/company appreciates your opinions, no matter how you feel, and will reward you for frequently participating on a regular basis. You will not be asked to purchase or promote anything.

    Yes. But not everyone will qualify to be a member – space is limited in the private community. Finish taking the survey now to see if you qualify.

    If you’re chosen to be a member of the community, you would sign into the private website with your email address and your personal password once a week to spend at least 5 or 10 minutes contributing in a variety of different ways – completing a survey, commenting in a forum, starting a new discussion, posting a photo or video to a gallery, joining a live chat, sharing a new idea in a brainstorming activity or doing a special project.

    For some communities or projects, members who actively contribute by completing surveys, commenting in forums, starting new discussions, posting photos or videos to galleries, joining live chats, sharing new ideas in brainstorming activities or doing special projects will from time to time receive products, rewards or honoraria.

    It’s really up to you. Most members spend about 10 minutes each week, which is usually enough time to do an activity that qualifies toward earning a reward. Some members choose to stay online longer whenever they find a topic especially interesting. The community site is open 24/7, so you can sign in no matter what time and day are convenient for you each week.

    You should be honest about your opinions. Hearing what needs improvement is often the type of feedback companies appreciate the most. There is no expectation that you promote or advocate for the company you are advising – and you will not be asked to purchase anything from them. The purpose of the community is to understand how a variety of people think and feel so the brand/company can improve its products or service.

    No. Your email address will only be used to send you important information about the community, usually just once a week. No one will ever use your email address for any other purpose.
