As an Account Manager, Scott is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with key clients throughout the US. Having been a member of the Client Services team, Scott now applies his intimate knowledge of Communispace’s capabilities and innovative solutions to make sure his clients get the greatest return possible from their community investment.
Scott began his Communispace career as an intern with the Channel Development team in Sales and Marketing, where he was responsible for organizing and aiding company efforts to develop business relationships on the agency side. From there he moved on to Associate Community Manager and Community Manager roles, utilizing our best practices to create highly engaged communities that yield actionable insights for our clients. He managed the day-to-day community operations, empowered consumers to share their ideas and feedback and offered clients creative business solutions.
Scott graduated cum laude from Brandeis University, where he earned a BA in Economics with minors in Business and International and Global Studies. In addition to his studies, he was a four-year starter and two-year captain of the varsity tennis team.
Scott was born and raised in Wethersfield, Connecticut and currently lives right in the heart of Boston. In his spare time, he likes to play tennis and basketball, cheer on his beloved UConn Huskies and (much to his co-workers’ chagrin) New York Giants, explore Boston's finest dining establishments, teach himself to play guitar, relax at the beach, and spend time with his friends and family.
