As a Community Manager at Communispace, Lauren is focused on utilizing our best practices to create highly engaged communities that yield actionable insights for our clients. She manages the day-to-day community operations. By encouraging people to connect, share their ideas and experiences, she simultaneously empowers consumers and offers clients creative business solutions.
Prior to joining Communispace, Lauren worked at Iconoculture as manager of IconoCommunities, a market research online community. She assisted clients with their qualitative research needs by developing, analyzing, and authoring research projects across a variety of verticals, including food and beverage, health and beauty, and media and entertainment. Previously, Lauren was an industry analyst at Yankee Group, where she researched, analyzed, and reported on the mobile device structure and wireless location technology. She also served as an associate project manager for custom research projects at Yankee Group.
Lauren received her BS degree from Bentley College with a major in Marketing and double minor in Spanish and Information Technology. She also received her MBA from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley College.
A Massachusetts native, Lauren spends her summers biking, kayaking, and lying on the beach, and during the winter she skis and complains about the weather. Lauren is also an animal lover and can’t wait to adopt a boxer puppy.
