  • How do we know our recruitment process works?

Our scientific recruitment process ensures an eclectic group of members who are creative, constructive, and write well. This establishes a foundation for productive customer co-innovation.

But finding the right people is only the beginning. As, if not more important is the structured, highly facilitated process through which we engage these Creative Problem-Solvers in innovation. We will be addressing that methodology in future reports.
