You must agree to the following terms and conditions of use before you access or otherwise use or participate in the Turtle Talk Online Community. Your use of this web site constitutes your agreement with Turtle Wax to be bound by, and to act in accordance with, these Terms and Conditions.

Your invitation to participate in the Turtle Talk Online Community is personal and non-transferable. You or anyone in your household or immediate family cannot work for a manufacturer of car care products (including Turtle Wax and its competitors), or in a marketing, market research, advertising, or public relations firm or function. You may not disclose to others any of the information that we disclose to you or any ideas or information that are generated in the community. Your community member name and password are for your use only. You may not disclose your password to any other person.
You irrevocably assign to Turtle Wax all rights in any ideas or expressions of ideas that you provide to the community. All comments, suggestions, graphics, ideas (including product and advertising ideas), and other information or materials you submit to Turtle Wax through this web site will become and remain the exclusive property of Turtle Wax, including any future rights associated with such submissions, even if these Terms and Conditions are later modified or terminated. This means that you disclaim any proprietary rights in such submissions, and you acknowledge Turtle Wax unrestricted right to use them (or materials or ideas similar to them) in any medium, now and in the future, without notice, compensation or other obligation to you or any other person. It also means that with the exception of your personal information, Turtle Wax has no obligation to keep your submissions confidential.
You further release and waive all claims against Turtle Wax with respect to any intellectual property or other proprietary rights, rights of privacy and publicity, rights of attribution, or any other liability under the applicable laws. When collecting sensitive personal information (e.g. ethnicity, income, education, etc.), we are doing so for the purposes of creating a balanced community reflective of Turtle Wax’s consumer population or its segments. Such information is not collected for any discriminatory purposes. You will always retain the right not to answer any question regarding personal information with which you do not feel comfortable, without impacting your consideration for inclusion in the community.
When you provide personally identifiable information to us, we may ask if you want to receive future marketing information, communication from us, such as newsletters, email or other information. · You agree not to copy or download any material from the community.
· You agree to receive emails from the Community regarding Community Activities.
· You understand that no personal information that you post on this site will be sold, traded, shared with other organizations, or used for any purpose other than consumer research, except as described in the Privacy section of this Member Agreement.
· Turtle Wax does not endorse the information posted in the community.
· Topics and activities initiated by Turtle Wax in the Online Community are for research purposes only and should not be construed as an endorsement or promotion of any of the products or services discussed. Turtle Wax cannot prevent or screen content provided by you or other members of the community prior to it being posted for general viewing, and while members are welcome and indeed encouraged to start their own activities on relevant topics of interest, Turtle Wax and Communispace DO NOT ENDORSE any member postings.
