Cliff Freeman’s upscale casual dining restaurant client was facing an increasingly competitive marketplace. They needed fresh new creative to fend off the growing commoditization in this specific niche of the CDR industry. The desire was for a new creative campaign that would deliver and leverage the client’s unique story and clearly differentiate them from the competition.

The agency worked with Communispace to design and field a robust survey in our proprietary Communispace communities—designed to gauge members’ reactions to unfinished rip-o-matic concepts. They quickly determined which areas they needed to dial up and/or dial down, and used that information to inform the editing process and final cut.
